Our journey began at Playa Linda, grew through Bistro and Racket Club, and found its heart at Amuse Sunset, a cherished destination in Aruba. When Amuse Sunset was tragically lost to a fire, we turned adversity into opportunity, creating The Journey Chef’s Table-a refined, intimate dining experience that honors our past while embracing the future.

This vision comes to life through Chef Patrick van der Donk, known for his French-inspired cuisine and exceptional palate, and his wife Ivette, a certified sommelier with a talent for perfect pairings. Together, they have been shaping Aruba’s culinary scene for over a decade, all while raising their triplets, who inspire their dedication every day.
