Our journey began at Playa Linda, grew through Bistro and Racket Club, and found its heart at Amuse Sunset, a cherished destination in Aruba. When Amuse Sunset was tragically lost to a fire, we turned adversity into opportunity, creating The Journey Chef’s Table—a refined, intimate dining experience that honors our past while embracing the future.

This vision comes to life through Chef Patrick van der Donk, known for his French-inspired cuisine and exceptional palate, and his wife Ivette, a certified sommelier with a talent for perfect pairings. Together, they have been shaping Aruba’s culinary scene for over a decade, all while raising their triplets, who inspire their dedication every day.
